IT‘S SAUNA TIME!
What do we Brits do after work on winter time, when it gets dark so early?
GYM - CINEMA (occasionally) - PUBS - RESTAURANTS - SAUNA - That’s about it. - Isn’t it?
How to make those very few after-work activities as enjoyable as possible:
1. Don’t think about work when you are not there.
2. Do some workout without overtraining.
3. Pubs - only with your good mates!
4. Restaurants - wth those who you like and love.
5. SAUNA - all of the above + the right accessories to feel comfortable when you are sweating so much.
6. Go to the cinema to watch a good film, not just for the sake of going there.
