Opaque Curtains to Protect your Sleep

Some people don't mind sleeping in a room with a little bit of light in it, and some other, like me, hate not sleeping in a pitch dark room. Currently, after testing different options, my room has 3 curtains layered on top of each other, securing a totally dark room every night.
When you have a baby, having opaque curtains is also of the utmost importance. First of all, because babies don't have a clue about time, when to wake up, when to go to bed, and most of all, babies usually can't fall asleep on their own. So as a young parent, you will soon find out that when your baby finally falls asleep, you want him to stay that way. And the best way is to ensure the curtains are opaque enough so that no sunlight can go through.

It is also very useful when the weather outside gets hot, since it can retain the warmth and not let it through the room. During the hot summer nights, we leave the curtains down so to keep the room chilled.
The color for the curtains, when they're opaque, don't really matter as long as they don't let the light go though. They do, however, matter for the room to look harmonious and with matching colors. You can even some with delicate and sophisticated motives, just like on the pictures, to make it enjoyable as well as useful.
