Firstly allow myself to introduce myself a little. My name is David Purdon and I am the owner and author of Belfast based baking website BakingBar ( www.bakingbar.co.uk). BakingBar was set up in October 2010 to provide simple, easy to follow recipes but soon grew to include reviews and many featured articles. We are also writers for Neills Flour, MyProtein and some other large international clients. We have also just been signed up to write for The Huffington Post and also Buzzfeed UK. BakingBar has a worldwide readership and a worldwide following on Twitter (@BakingBar) of over 33,000 and on Facebook 11,000 fans. Main readership is in the UK closely followed by US and then the Netherlands.
